- During office hours, our Customer Charter dictates we will answer your call within ten seconds. Outside of normal office working hours, within reason, we aim to respond to WhatsApp messages and emails within four hours
- Our preferred method of communication is a telephone call. We will respect your wishes and accommodate how you would like to be communicated with
